What we collect
When you visit backv.co, we collect standard usage information: pages viewed, time on page, approximate location (city/region derived from IP address), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. If you email us, we keep the correspondence, including your name and email address.
How we collect it
We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, which set cookies and similar identifiers in your browser to measure engagement across visits. These tools are provided by Google; their handling of data is governed by Google’s privacy policy.
Why we collect it
To understand which content is useful, improve the site, and respond when you contact us. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use this data for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
Analytics data is processed by Google on our behalf. We do not share your information with anyone else except as required by law.
Cookies and your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use tools such as the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The site works without cookies; only our measurement is affected.
Retention
Analytics data is retained per our Google Analytics settings and then deleted or aggregated. Email correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle the conversation and our business records.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Email info@backv.co and we will handle the request directly.
