What we collect
When you visit backv.co, we collect standard usage information: pages viewed, time on page, approximate location (city/region derived from IP address), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. If you email us, we keep the correspondence, including your name and email address.
How we collect it
We use analytics and measurement tools — currently Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, though the specific tools may change over time — which set cookies and similar identifiers in your browser to measure engagement across visits. Each provider’s handling of data is governed by its own privacy policy.
Why we collect it
To understand which content is useful, improve the site, and respond when you contact us. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use this data for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
Analytics data is processed by our analytics providers on our behalf. We do not share your information with anyone else except as required by law.
Cookies and your choices
When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline analytics cookies — declining keeps measurement off. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site works fully without cookies; only our measurement is affected.
Retention
Analytics data is retained per our providers’ settings and then deleted or aggregated. Email correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle the conversation and our business records.
